International delivery, to countries such as Australia and Canada, transit time can be estimated to be 5-12 days for delivery. For all other international orders and countries, please account the shipping time to take from 12 to 18 days for delivery.

Used mine with my BG Vacuum Pro and OMG got so much out! My skin feels smoother.
Make sure that you steam your face so that your pores are already open. I think that if you are using the section on certain areas and nothing is coming out your body is not ready for that to be sucked out! So it’ll only take what is ready to come out. Don’t force it because you’ll end up bruising yourself or hurting yourself. I personally didn’t really enjoy the steamer, it’s not warm and it’s not really steam it’s more mist.
